At IUNI, every piece is thoughtfully created with attention to detail and craftsmanship. As most of our products are made in limited quantities or specially crafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless stated otherwise. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The product received is different from the item ordered.
The product arrives damaged, defective, or torn at the time of delivery.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please share clear images of the issue via email or WhatsApp for verification. Every request will be reviewed individually and resolved fairly.
In case an exchange is approved, we may arrange a pickup depending on your location. If a pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the item. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Sale or discounted items
Custom-made, personalised, or altered products
3. Product Variations
Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery, print placement, or handcrafted details may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the artisanal nature of the product. Such variations will not be considered defects.
4. Custom Sizing
For custom-sized orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. IUNI will not be responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements shared by the customer.
