At IUNI, each garment is thoughtfully made with attention to detail and craftsmanship. As most of our pieces are made to order, processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on the design and order volume.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 14–55 business days from the date of order confirmation. During high-demand periods such as sales, festive seasons, or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly. Delays may also occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If you require an outfit on an urgent basis, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery timelines for bridal wear, customised orders, or made-to-measure pieces are flexible and will be discussed individually depending on the design and requirements.


SHIPPING POLICY

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer complimentary shipping across India on eligible orders. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and standard domestic shipping charges.

Please note that free shipping may not apply to:

  • Bridal orders

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

  • Special bulk orders

2. International Shipping

International shipping charges vary based on the destination country, package weight, and order value. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Customers placing international orders are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by their destination country. IUNI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or international shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us with your order number and relevant details. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
